Remember the 6 year old girl who was surrounded by Israeli tanks and the red crescent couldn't reach her? Her name is Hind Hamadeh. Here you can hear the phone call her 15 year old sister, Layan Hamadeh, made with the medics. She was killed exactly a moment later including all people in the car, except for 6 year old Hind who was stuck in the car with the dead bodies of her family, Israeli tanks and IDF surrounding her, shooting, preventing anybody to reach her.

That was last night (29.1.24). Today, still nothing. The fate of Hind remains unknown.

palestine red crescent ambulance team went to rescue her yesterday evening, but they have not returned as of now. We lost contact with them about 18 hours ago, and we still remain unaware of their fate and whether they succeeded in evacuating her or not.

Please, share Hind's story as much as you can on any platform. We need to know what happened to her. Put yourself in her place, how terrified she must be. Don't scroll past this.

So Sutekh is, by his own account, the god of Death. Now... Death. Death as both a figure and a concept has shown up before in dw media, including in a lot of stuff i probably havent come across yet.

But the story I am gonna focus on here is the famed Rock Murder. In which the young Doctor, after killing Torvic with a large rock and the doctor and master hold hands and burn the body, makes a deal with death. The deal is to do with the doctor becoming time's champion and the master becoming death's, instead of the other way round like was going to happen. And both the doctor and master's memories change or something and think the master killed torvic not the doctor.

Now, could one suggest that Death, in that case, was Sutekh?

Has anyone else noticed that the beginning of the songs In The Heights (From In the Heights - shocker ik - 2021) and America (From West Side Story 2021) have the same kind of tapping start beat? Like the little tap-tap-tap taptap, tap-tap-tap taptap (Idk if that makes sense when typed out but it does to me.)

It's slightly different instruments and In the Heights is a bit clearer and has shorter time but the beat itself is still the same.

Like is it pure coincidence or is it just a beat that's common in Latin music so both composers wanted to find a way to work in this beat? Could someone please inform me because I would love to know and it's driving me crazy to not have an answer.

(Also just a thing that I myself am not latino so like feel free to correct me on any wrong terminology or anything)

I’m listening to The Fellowship of the Ring and I’m so happy! I tried to read these books several times but I couldn’t get thru them. Now I’m like 2 hours in and further than I ever managed and I actually am invested and understand the story! It’s really good!

Mr. Puzzle’s VA (Jello) is so selfaware without even trying jksjsksp. Very educated on how bizarre ace minds operate and that both amuses and scares me that they’ve got us pinned down lol. I think there’s probably something deeper to be said about it…with how being aroace (detached from those emotions and the way it’s traditionally presented IRL) leads you to emotionally attaching to non-human presenting fictional creatures instead but….nah just straight up generalizing and boiling it down to the word monsterfuckers is also fair enough lol. I don’t personally consider myself in that group of aces however I certainly can seem like it if I’m not careful

Aside from making me feel exposed, these guys are so funny I absolutely loved listening to the playthrough and how each of them just had fun together as a group of friends. Go and support them! Highly recommend watching In Stars and Time! Play the game for yourself and then enjoy the talented line delivery dub/reading here (especially for the emotional portions of the narrative/dialogue). I just love VA’s guys they are all so cool and I kinda wish I could find myself a group of people like this. True friendships goals is being able to unapologetically live out your aroace monster loving ambitions and enjoy unapologetically sharing those hyperfixations with others. My Abuse Story - A PSA

For those who don't know, or are new, here's the rundown:

Hi, I'm Kay. Some may refer to me as Kan, or K. Since I was young, I've immersed myself in many online fandoms, including The Lion King, Tangled, and of course, Wild Kratts. But there's one fandom that I've been in where a series of events that 'unfortunate' wouldn't even scratch the surface of. Events which for my own safety and salvation, I've had to keep in lock and key, and have only recently found the bravery to come out about in its entirety.

The year of 2020 is reviled as hell on Earth. Which it was, for various [and obvious] reasons. However, for some worse than others. I thought I had seen the worst in that year, but I was wrong. I was dealt a very nasty hand, by very nasty individuals, all of which in the last place I'd ever expect. As a result, I was left with many scars that have stuck with me throughout my adolescence. And now, four years later, I feel as though it's finally my time to speak up about what I've waited nearly half a decade to pull from under the rug; The mistakes I've made, the abuse, the impact it had upon my life, and most importantly, the people responsible for this. All within the MLP fandom in its niche audio drama community.
